squash and stretch: gives the impression of weight and volume (bacon: more weight of armour)
anticipation: sets up for a big action
Staging: applies to the movement and placement of the camera and how it directs the eye of the viewer
follow through and overlapping action: when an action stops there are often elements that continue moving like hair, clothes, wobbly bits etc.
ease in ease out: acceleration and deceleration
arcs: the understanding that all things move on circular paths rather than in straight lines
secondary action: these are extra bits of movement that reinforce the main action
timing: important to show how an object moves realistically showing the lows of motion
exaggeration: decide how exaggrated you want
solid drawing: make characters look like they exist in a three dimensional space. (think about perspective and anatomy)
